Global was founded by Doron Valero, formerly the President and Chief Operating Officer of Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY), along with a group of former Equity One Executives.

Global focuses on value added redevelopment opportunities, note purchases, collateralized by retail real estate, ground-up development of anchored centers and acquisiton and joint venture transactions of retail portfolios, containing both core and non-core assets.

The company's geographic focus is primarily Florida and Texas but will explore acquisition opportunities throughout the Southeast.

Global has implemented a state of the art operational platform, fully integrating property management, leasing and accounting IT systems, to support rapid growth.

Global is active in the tenant representation business, with clients such as CVS, Goodwill Foundations and others.
